About Lee County Court Docket

Lee County court dockets are divided among Superior, Magistrate, Probate, Juvenile, and municipal offices. Georgia does not offer one public screen that covers every local court class. This privately run reference site organizes the official portals, clerk contacts, and request routes so readers can identify the custodian before searching.

Why We Built This Site

Public access begins with the office that actually keeps the record. Sara Clark's Superior Court office maintains Lee County's principal felony, major civil, and domestic filings. Magistrate, Probate, Juvenile, Leesburg Municipal, and Smithville Municipal records follow separate routes. Georgia Courts E-Access sends Lee Superior searches to PeachCourt, while Lee Magistrate uses its own CM Web Search. The site's purpose is to clarify those boundaries and gather the verified contact, portal, and request details without suggesting that one database contains every Lee County case.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Lee County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

As a privately run reference site, Lee County Court Docket has no authority over a Georgia court, clerk, or agency. Those limits mean it cannot perform the following tasks:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

An official or certified docket or case document must come from the clerk or court holding the original. This site can identify that office but cannot issue the record.

Search Partners

Outside providers supply search boxes on some pages. Each provider controls its results, fees, and service terms. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports the site's operation. Lee County Court Docket does not set provider prices or determine which records appear.
