Search Queries
A name or case number entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Lee County Court Docket does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be retained as long as needed to answer it. Messages remain within the operating team unless disclosure is required by law. Do not send court filings or confidential case information because this website is not a court office.

Every time a page on this site loads, our servers pick up some technical details about the visit:

Lee County Court Docket does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of court cases or personal docket information. It publishes general directions to Sara Clark's Superior Court office, other Lee County court custodians, and official Georgia search resources. The website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report or third-party case profile.
Third-Party Search Partners
Search boxes on this site are powered by outside companies. Anything you enter into those tools is processed under the partner's own privacy policy, not this one. Those partners set their own data-retention and sharing practices, and we do not control them. Review the partner's policy before submitting a search.
Links to Other Websites
Throughout the site we link to clerk of court pages, trial court portals, statewide case-search systems, legal aid groups, and third-party search tools. Clicking any of those links takes you off our site. At that point, their privacy policy governs your visit. Read it before sharing any personal details.
Certain advertising partners may track your activity across sites to show targeted ads. That tracking runs on their systems, not ours.

We do not sell personal data. Some information may end up with:

The Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. ยงยง 50-18-70 through 50-18-77, concerns access to government records and does not turn this private website into a court-record custodian. Uniform Superior Court Rules 21 and 21.6 govern public court access and protected information in Superior Court records, not visitor analytics kept here. At a minimum, you can:
- Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
- Have us fix information that is wrong
- Request that we erase your data
- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
